11 – Hour Intensive Training

Our aim is to prepare students for the Eleven Plus and Common Entrance exams. We take measures to ensure 11 plus skills are refined to the best possible extent, well ahead of the exam.

DAY 1:

NVR

  • Practice  Extension- Matrices

English Comprehension

  • Setting, atmosphere and emotions – interpret and discuss

  • Revisit comprehension techniques

    Identify key words in the question and cross refer text.

Vocabulary

DAY 2:

RESULTS

Day 4 – is the test day.  Results will be available online for the multiple-choice test.

Each child will be assigned a password and ID to log online and see the errors of the Day 4 test. Result will be available approximately 10 working days (excludes weekends) after the completion of the test. The scores will highlight the areas your child will need to start focussing on, whilst reaffirming the areas of strength.

The standard type test will be marked and handed over to the child.

Booking:  Choose one of the following:

a) Course 1 – Maths, English, VR & NVR – £ 130

Training: Mon- Wed: 3 hours  ( 10 am – 1pm)   Testing: Thu: 2 hours (11 am – 1pm)

b) Course 2 – Maths & English – £110

Training: Mon- Wed: 2  hours  (10 am – 12 pm)  Testing: Thu: 2 hours (11 am – 1pm)

Venue :   Anglia Ruskin University , Bishop Hall Lane, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1SQ. Please assemble at Lord Ashcrofts building reception.

  1. Prebook the training by making an advance payment of £20.  Upon your booking confirmation  will be emailed to you , if you dont receive the confirmation in 30 minutes , please email e-learning@masterbrainacademy.co.uk. Please bring the confirmation email to the Training.
  2. The balance can be sent on the first day of course.
